Refund Policy
1.1 CAD CLASSES will offer a full refund if:
a. You received a defective item;
b. The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;
1.2 The mode of refund may vary depending on the circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank's policy that delays the refund timing, and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by Wallets, credit should be available within 48 to 72 working hours.
How to Request a Refund:
1.3 To request a refund, Whatsapp or e-mail us, within 3 days of receipt, your order details, including the reason why you are requesting a refund. You can also raise a request on our email ID. The Company may also require you to upload pictures of the product(s) received in order to process the refund.
1.4 Company will verify the request within 3 working days from the time of receipt of your request. Once the claim is verified as genuine and correct, www.thecadclasses.com will initiate the refund process. In case of a refund, www.thecadclasses.com may also initiate the collection process in which case you will be required to pack the product(s) in the original manufacturer’s packing for collection by www.thecadclasses.com

Return Policy:
1.6 CAD CLASSES may allow the return of product(s) if:
The product (s) does not match your order.
Product(s) delivered are damaged in transit.
Return requests arising due to change in prescription do not qualify for Return.
The product being returned should only be in its original manufacturer's packaging i.e. with original price tags, labels, bar-code, and invoice; and
Partially consumed strips or products do not qualify for Return, only fully unopened strips or products can be returned.
1.7 If you have received a damaged product, do not accept the delivery of the product. If after opening the package you discover that the product(s) is damaged, the same may be returned for a refund or replacement. “CAD CLASSES” does not promise a replacement for all the product(s) as it will depend on the availability of the said product(s). In such cases, a refund will be offered to you.
1.8 CAD CLASSES will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 1 working day of receipt.
1.9 In case you want to return a product or products that are not defective, we may allow the return of unopened, unused products after deducting a 25% restocking charge, provided you shall produce the original invoice and shall notify us of such return within the 3 days of receipt. CAD CLASSES will not accept returns if you fail to notify us within 3 days of receipt.
1.10. Returns are subject to the below conditions:
Wrong ordering of product(s) does not qualify for returns.
The batch number of the product(s) being returned should match as mentioned on the invoice.
Returns arising out of a change in prescription do not qualify for returns.
Product(s) being returned should compulsorily be in their original manufacturer’s packaging i.e., with original price tags, labels, bar-code, and invoice; and
Partially used or consumed product(s) do not qualify for returns.
Return Policy Exceptions:
1.11 Certain categories of products are not returnable. The details of the non-returnable products are mentioned below:
1.12 CAD CLASSES does not offer replacements or exchanges of the above non-returnable products. Also, CAD CLASSES reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for certain products, as marked in the respective product pages as “Note: This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange”
Return Process:
1.13 To request a return, email/whatsapp us, within 3 working days of receipt, of your order details, including the reason why you are requesting a return. The www.mrmed.in may also require you to upload pictures of the products received in order to process the return.
1.14 Company will verify the request within 3 working days from the time of receipt of your request. Once the claim is verified as genuine and correct, CAD CLASSES will initiate the collection of the product(s) to be returned. You will be required to pack the product(s) in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
